5 Steps to Overcome Stress in the Workplace

Stress is a serious matter because it can cause headaches, muscle tension, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, restlessness, lack of motivation, lack of focus, depression, sensitivity may even interfere with eating. Stress  the most fueled by issues of work and the workplace environment.

therefore I write this, because it would be very useful for all readers. Here are 5 steps you can take to alleviate the stress in the workplace...

Create an Oasis. When too many confusing tasks you have to do with the computer, maybe you can turn off, while the computer screen to sleep mode. so that your work stays save. Divert attention from the computer screen for a moment, would be good to keep you from stress. This will give you a little time for the eyes and brain to not nervous about the task to be completed by your computer.
But it may interfere with your work, if the type of work requires you to frequently check your email. If so, divert your attention for a moment by pointing to a distant view from the room.





Categorize work. If you are the type of work consists of a few specific tasks, you can categorize each task based on the level of difficulty, Work on the task of who you think are heavy and require a longer time in the process early. Because when it was still early, the brain's ability to think in optimal condition.
The  daylight, the brain will be more tired and difficult to resolve complex matters. Keep an easy task in the end, because the hour of home work, you'll want to get it over with and go home. But is less effective way of applying for a job deadline for each task. 



Negotiations Workload. If you think your work is charged by your boss is too heavy, you can attempt to negotiate a job. You do not need to fear this will give the effect of which is bad for your career, from the reason you are saying makes sense and is delivered in the right way.
Sometimes doing the work beyond the capacity and capability of a person's will is not good for my mental health also produce unsatisfactory results.

Limit News Reading. The news media may be able to provide for your own entertainment on the sidelines of a complex office tasks. But sometimes the news such as business and politics sometimes ignite emotions that are almost entirely negative, like anger, fear, anxiety and frustration.
So, whenever there is news that begin to make you upset or disappointed, switch to an entertaining and exciting news that is more lightweight.


Avoid the Colleague Stress. You may not realize it, but your physiology physiology is programmed as a mirror of those around you. In other words, you can 'catch' the stress experienced by others.
So although it is not possible to avoid co-workers who are stressed throughout the day, you should try to limit your contact with him at least until you have conquered your own stress.
