Tired of Drinking warm milk before bed?

Quality sleep is essential to one's health. But not many people get quality sleep after a long day of work. People need to sleep between 7-9 hours every night. but sometimes people can be difficult to sleep early.

even for some people to use a shortcut by using sleeping pills as pendoping to be able to sleep well. but sleeping pills are not good and harm health if the continuous consumption. Warm milk is often used to substitute for sleeping pills, because it can make the quality better than safe tudur, also good for the body.

But other than warm milk, it turns out there are several other types of beverages that are useful and can make sleep soundly. among others :

And last. Wheat Cereal Beverage. Wheat is the main ingredient in beverages cereals, are good sources of vitamin B, phosphorus, iron, zinc and magnesium.
High mineral content which can help relax the muscles and makes you sleep better.

That's some kind of beverage that you can consume to make us sleep better. 
so if you get bored with drinking milk , you can replace it with one of the types described earlier. try new things and good for our bodies there is no harm in it ... ^ ^
