Avoid Skin Sagged When Lowering the Agency

Water will ensure a healthy skin, radiant and toned.

Eat a healthy diet. Healthy food is in addition to making the skin glow. Choice of protein-rich foods such as milk, beans, lentils and fish is great for healthy skin. Include fruits and green leafy vegetables in your diet, to get healthy skin, ensure the skin firmness and  weight loss.

Do not be too trusting with chemical products.  Skin care creams do not provide long-term solution to the skin. Do not rely on products with chemicals to increase skin elasticity. However, still apply a sunscreen lotion with UV protection to protect skin from the sun.
