When time prior to the noon, drowsiness and fatigue often came to attack. this is reasonable, because the deposit of glucose in our bodies begins to decline. but since the break for lunch has not arrived, sleep is not the right choice.

But there are some tricks that can make you re-energized, when attacked fatigue and sleepy ...!!

The first with a yawn...!!Yawning is not always a sign of being sleepy or bored. According to research, yawning is a mechanism that carried the body to cool the brain and in essence makes the brain to stay awake.
