What are you crazy?

Actually, what is meant by mental illness? Mental disorder is a medical disorder that manifests on the condition of conduct disorder, the person's feelings and thoughts. It's called mental disorder if the condition is disrupting the lives of patients in private and social development and lead to dysfunction and disability in patients. So if medical problems are physical manifestations of physical symptoms, so if it's manifestations of mental disorder is a disorder of behavior, feelings or thoughts of the person.

Modern medical technology has discovered what happens to mental patients, that is the nervous system imbalance in the brain that also affects other body systems, so no wonder that mental illness will affect the physical condition and vice versa.

We know the environmental conditions around us are often not comfortable for the development of our souls. and How real connection between the conditions in our country with his mental health. (Like the face of increasingly severe life stressors).
ople's mood will affect behavior, feelings and thoughts of that person. If psychological healthy, it will also affect the behavior, thoughts and feelings of the person. At a very stressful conditions (stressful) the person is sometimes difficult to adapt to conditions that could eventually interfere with thoughts, feelings and behavior.

If this goes on for months, it will change the system which can become a pattern of behavior (personality) of the person, though perhaps not been referred to as a mental disorder in clinical diagnosis. No wonder we often see people whose behavior or thoughts we think is a mess, but only at certain times only, such as when there is pressure, or sedition or any condition that makes him uncomfortabl.
if most people in our country experienced the pressures that interfere with the stability of the mental state could have some of which will perform actions that do not fit, when no longer able to withstand or adapt to these pressures.Sometimes things happen out of habit everyday person.

So, what are the triggers of mental disorders in humans? Talk about triggers psychiatric disorders then we'll talk about three main factors: Biology (Genetics and the Nervous System), and Social Psychology.

Biology. The development of modern medical science has now produced many studies that prove a link between the occurrence of psychiatric disorders with a genetic susceptibility that person. Patients who develop psychiatric disorders such as depression or anxiety disorders often also have a parent or family member who experienced incest same thing.
What happens in the brain with symptoms of mental disorders have also been studied produces the same picture (the study using Functional MRI or PET-scan). So it is clear there are a biologically functional changes in brain systems (not anatomical) in patients with psychiatric disorders.

Psychology. This is related to the upbringing and development of the personality of the person since childhood. Although derived from the same parents but our characters will be different. This is indeed caused by parenting factors and genetic influences also exist, and different for each person (even though identical twins).
Parenting the parents will make the development of personality is the personality traits of this individual. So do not be surprised if it says it will inherit the properties of the parents to their children through a pattern of behavior, including how when faced with stress

social. Many people believe that the social environment is the only thing that makes people stressed. It's not entirely true because of the involvement of biological and psychological factors are also very berpengaruuh as described above. Thus the environment can provide the same stress or pressure to each individual but the way the individual adaptation to stress was greatly influenced by genetic and psychological factors (pattern adaptation) so that the same stress can cause different responses.

Mental disorder were actually a medical disorder also or not? Yes of course. Mental disorder is now seen as an integral part of a medical disorder. First possible people like to distinguish if it is not a mental disorder, medical disorders, but the development of medical science has proved a very close relationship.
The science is studied specifically in psychiatry in the science of Consultation-Liaison called Psychiatry and Psychosomatic.

And What about the food. Are there any foods that should be shunned because it could trigger a mental disorder.? Food during This is an important nutritious and meet the nutritional adequacy rate. One of the most important of all adequate and not excessive.

Only in some cases certain mental disorders such as panic anxiety disorder or other types of anxiety disorder patients are not expected to eat foods that can trigger heart pounding or stimulating the digestive tract because it often triggers panic attacks .

If you already have a mental disorder, what can we do to cure it. (eg activities, etc.)? I think it's best to consult with experts. Sports, looking for fun activities (hobbies) could make a better life conditions.
But if it is experiencing mental disorders, and to disrupt the activities you better take immediate measures to deal with that condition. Go for treatment a psychiatrist was one of them.
